职位描述
一、工作内容：
1、负责冲压模具设计工作；
2、进行项目内的管理以及与客户的沟通交流；
3、带领团队为客户提供优质服务；
4、培养优秀员工；
5、改善流程，实现公司与客户利益的最优化。
二、职位要求：
1、正规统招本科及以上学历，机械自动化或模具设计等理工类专业，性别不限。
2、精通一种或多种主流三维软件（CADCEUS/PRO-E/SOILDWORKS/UG）和二维软件CAD。
3、模具相关工作经验5年以上，工作责任心强，有良好的团队意识与管理才能，能够承受工作压力，有日企工作经验优先；
4、日语1级或1级相当水平，能够熟练进行日常工作交流与联络；
5、善于沟通，认真仔细，思路清晰，勤恳虚心好学；
6、对机械配合、设计，理解力强。
