Job Profile:
·Graduation in any respect.
·Excellent Communication Skills.
·Knowledge about Voice & Accent and Soft Skills.
·Experience in Coaching/Training Delivery.
·Team Handling.
·Objection Handling Skills.
·Good Understanding about how the Support industry works.
·Should possess good knowledge in creating reports.
·Coaching Experience.
·Should have a minimum experience of 1-2 years in Soft Skills Quality/Training.
Experience:
·2 + yrs in Call Monitoring/ Voice Quality/Voice Coaching.
·Note: Sr Customer Support Executives can be considered provided they have call monitoring exposure.
