工作职责

1. 完成生产任务,确保满足成本、时间和质量要求。

2.基于销售需求、生产能力和库存，制定生产计划和协调计划的执行。

3. 合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率。

4. 确保所有的生产活动都符合ISO程序和相关的环境法规。

5. 提出改进工艺流程、生产设备、生产环境等方面的建议。

6. 控制关键要害部位，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生。

7. 定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业。

8. 开发、激励、培训、教育和欣赏团队成员。

Responsibility：

1.Complete the production tasks and make sure to meet cost, time and quality requirement。

2.Prepare production plan and coordinate the plan execution base on sales requirement, production capacity and inventory。

3.Reasonable allocate personnel and equipment, adjusting production layout and production load, improve production efficiency.

4.Ensure all production activities are done in accordance with ISO procedure and relevant environment regulations.

5.Put forward improvement Suggestions in aspects of process production equipment in the production environment.

6.Control key position, eliminate potential safety hazard, to prevent safety accidents.

7.Organize regular safety education training, guide the employee safety operation.

8.Develop, motivate, train, educate and appreciate team members.

任职要求：

1.大学本科

2.至少10年汽车行业工作经验，5年管理经验。

3.精通生产知识和实践优先。

4.熟练操作办公软件。英语流利，听说读写流利。

5.强大的沟通和人际关系技巧。独立、快速解决问题的能力。

6.在高压力下工作，有耐心和负责任的。

Requirement：

1.bechlor

2.At least 10 years manufacturing management experience in automobile industry, 5 years manager level experience.

3.ean manufacturing knowledge and practice will be more preferred.

4.Familiar with Office software。

5.；Fluent in English, both written and oral.
