职位描述:

1.完成本工段生产任务,确保满足成本、时间和质量要求。

2.跟踪生产进度，做好过程控制和质量控制，并及时反馈，保证正常生产；

3. 做好生产现场的巡查与督导.

4. 对车间管理及工艺技术等方面提出合理意见及建议。

5. 控制关键要害部位，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生。

6.定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业。

7.对本工段内员工劳动纪律进行监督。

Positong description:

1.Complete the production tasks and make sure to meet cost, time and quality requirement.

2.Tracking product schedule, process and quality control, feedback timely and ensuring normal production.

3. Inspect and supervise production site.

4.Put forward improvement Suggestions in aspects of technology and workplace management, etc.

5.Control key position, eliminate potential safety hazard, to prevent safety accidents.

6.Organize regular safety education training, guide the employee safety operation.

7.Supervising labour discipline of team member.

任职条件:

1.大学专科及以上学历。

2.至少5年汽车行业工作经验，2年管理经验。

3.熟悉生产现场的管理方法和技巧，团队建设的方法和技巧。

4.熟练操作办公软件。

Requirement:

1.College and above education degree。

2.At least 5 years manufacturing management experience in automobile industry, 2 years manager level experience.

3.On site management & team building skills;

4.Familiar with Office software.
