职责描述

1. 建立健全公司安全管理规章制度，维护安全生产体系。

2.拟定公司安全生产管理计划，编写安全生产文件，应急预案及公司各部门、各岗位的安全生产职责，并实施监督检查。

3.深入车间进行安全检查，及时了解和掌握安全生产的实施情况，对检查存在的事故隐患，责令相关人员立即处理，制止违章作业，并将情况汇报相关领导。

4.组织公司的例行安全检查，督促生产部门向上报送安全生产相关资料。

5.公司安全生产管理的宣传，教育和培训。

6.负责公司行政工作。

Job description

1.Establishing and improving safety management system, maintain safe production system.

2.Protocol safety production management plan, design safety production document, emergency plan and safety duty of each department and position. Arrange the supervision and inspection.

3.Carry out the safety checks in the workshop, master the situation of the implementation about safety production. If found the hidden danger, request the related person deal with it on time and stop the violation operation and report the event to related leader.

4.Arranged routine inspection, urge the production department submit the safety info to related department.

5. The propaganda and training about safety management.

6.Responsible for compay's administration affairs.

最低岗位任职要求

1.大学本科及以上。

2.至少2年相关工作经验。

3.熟悉国家和行政管理部门颁布的安全管理规定、安全工作规程等。

4.能够独立建立公司安全管理方面的规章制度，能够独立指导安全生产和开展安全活动，具有处理突发事件和防止事故扩大的能力。

5.基本的办公自动化（OA）系统基本操作技。。

6.强烈的敬业精神及责任感，较强的管理能力、计划协调能力、人际交往能力、沟通能力。

7.获得安全工程师资格证。

Minimum JOB Requirement

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.At least 2 yrs related work experience.

3.Familiar with the safety management regulations, work safety procedures,etc.

4.Establish company safety management rules independent, can guide the safety production and safety activities independent, deal with emergencies and prevent accident expanding.

5.Basic OA system operation skills.

6.Strong dedication and sense of responsibility，Strong management, coordinator, personnel relationship and communication skills.

7.Get the safety engineer certification.
