Technical Engineer 01 (CN)
客户订单的报价与处理 Quotation & Customer orders treatment
1 根据客户的要求，及时向客户提供其所需产品的型号，性能，报价，供货期等信息。
According to the Customer’s requirement; provide the products information to customers in time. (Including product code, performance, quotation, delivery date etc)
2 根据客户的实际需要，推荐合适的本公司产品, 同时提供相应的产品图纸，参数供客户参考
Recommend suitable products according to customers’ requirements. Provide the corresponding product drawings and parameters for customer as reference.
3 在客户询价的过程中，及时，准确的解答客户提出的专业技术问题，j进行技术澄清。
In the process of customer inquiries ，Answer the technical question, technical clarifications timely and correctly,
4 对客户的最后定单/合同确认进行复查，评审。确保定单/合同内相关条款的准确性。
Review and confirm the final customer orders/ contracts, Ensure the final customer orders/ contracts in the accuracy of the related terms.
5 根据客户的最终确认订单,在ERP系统制作BOM表，（BOM 表上需清楚标明客户的特殊要求：管道标准，组装形式等），确认无误后及时发放给销售助理。
Finish the ‘BOM’ from ERP system according to the customer’s final orders ,(Clearly marked the specific requirements: pipe standard, assembly forms etc), issue it to assistant correctly and timely.
6 定期审核RFQ 状态表，了解订单的进行状况。
Regularly checking the RFQ current situation form, Follow up the orders situation.
7 与法国总部销售，生产，质检等部门保持良好的沟通交流，确保工作的顺利进行
Communicate with relational department in MIF（Marketing, Sales, Production，Quality dept），ensure our working running well,


岗位要求
1 机械，自动化，仪器仪表等相关工科专业,本科及以上学历
2 2-3年生产型制造企业相关技术工作经验
3 英语，法语听，说，读，写无障碍，办公软件操作熟练
4 能看懂图纸，熟练使用AutoCAD
5 工作积极主动，沟通能力，学习能力强。



Technical Engineer 02 (CN)
OEM / Select
1 参与OEM供应商的开发，评审工作.
Participate in OEM supplier development and evaluation work,
2 根据产品经理的指示，对相关产品图纸进行修改。
According to the product manager's instructions, Modified the relevant product drawings.
3 根据产品经理的工作需求，对相关产品文件资料，参数进行翻译。
According to the job requirements of the product manager, Translate the related products file material, parameters .
4 协助，陪同产品经理到OEM 供应商处验厂，对OEM 供应商的资质，生产能力进行确认。
Assistance, accompanied product manager to OEM suppliers factory inspection, Confirmation for OEM supplier qualification, production capacity .
5 根据要求到指定的OEM供应商处进行验货，现场处理，及时递交检验报告等相关材料。
According to the requirements to the specified OEM suppliers for inspection, field processing, timely submit inspection report and other related materials.
6 根据OEM 供应商产品的质量问题，协助产品经理与供应商一同探讨技术改进，技术更新。确保产品的质量要求。
According to OEM product quality problem, assist the product manager and supplier together to do the technology improvement, technical update. To ensure that the quality of products have no problem
7 定期组织工作会议，及时向总部传递相关OEM工作进展信息,保证双方信息沟通顺畅。
Organize regular working meeting,Timely to the transfer related OEM work progress information to MIF, ensure both information communication is smooth.
8 针对客户投诉，组织相关部门（产品经理，OEM 供应商，质检部）开会讨论，寻找原因，确定解决办法
In view of the customer complaints，organize the meeting with related dept(Product Manager, OEM suppliers, Quality dept) to find the reasons , cofirm the final solution.
9 对相关OEM 供应商基本信息列表（地址，主要产品，资质，联系人，电话，网站等）进行整理，归集。
Collection the related OEM suppliers basic information list (Including address, major products, qualification ,telephone, web etc)
