Position : Vice GM
Job description：
1、Participated in creating the strategy of the company. Has the responsibility to develop
the company and implement the strategy.
2、Has overall responsibilities of daily management of the entire company.
According to the production resource status, technology situation and market situation, well organize the whole company in the management of all functions, including people, equipment and production plan, etc.
Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree or above; MBA educational experience is better.
2、Above 10years manufacturing top management experience and the same industry
background is preferred.
3、Has rich experience in the field of production management, technology management,
cost control, quality management and logistics, etc.
4、Be familiar with the ISO9000 system and 6S management. Has lean production idea
and practice experience.
5、Has strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience in communication with
foreign customers, foreign owners, etc.
6、Proficiency in English.
