Tasks

To set up a new process for overall staffing management for all IT projects; To implement this process and guarantee that we have a perfect operation grade of all employees in the IT department (new matrix organization); To ensure that we have the right suppliers in the right projects and do not lose their knowledge when the project ends (supplier management)

Key Responsibility

- Analyze the existing process and develop a new overall staffing process for BBF-4

- Implement this process as the leading person in the staffing circle

- Ensure that BBF-4 has an optimal operation grade of all employees

- Have an overview over the full BBF-4 staffing and their skills (internals and externals) and projects

- Develop and implement a new supplier management process

- Coordinate the resource requirements of the project leader and negotiate with them

- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualification

- Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or business administration

- Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration skills, organizational skill, ITIL related knowledge required

- Business Knowledge & Process skills: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: resource deployment and project management

- Microsoft Office systems competency

- ITPM/ITIL methodology

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and attractive presentation of data

- Flexible to working hours and practices

- Able to create and understand projects plans and how to calculate the needed resources

- Creative, proactive and courageous. Can convince other people to change things (all manager levels)

- Able to travel abroad on infrequent basis

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in business development and management, using structured methods, 4-6 years

- Works as a IT project manager for at least 5 years, 4-6 years
