Corporate Division Purchasing
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of stable systems and proper reporting based on compliance purchasing & QMT process

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the new function design input from key user to IT project

- Coordinate the new function testing before DTO

- Coordinate the training to all end users for the new function after go-live

- Coordinate on the drive license testing for purchasing & QMT end users

- Raise the change request to IT for any additional system changes requirement comes & follow up

- Prepare the reporting to purchasing circle

- Homepage maintenance and update monthly

- Purchasing data collection and reporting to responsible departments

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT or Mechanical Engineering or related field / Economics

- Good understanding of business process

- Knowledge of Automotive and Industry in China

- Proficiency with relevant Procurement/QMT Processes and IT-Systems of BMW AG

- Skills with relevant IT-Systems (for example SAP and related Purchasing)

- Knowledge of VPS principles and techniques

- Proficient English, German and Chinese would be an advantage

- Excellent presentation skill

- Several years experience in Purchasing or IT in Automotive Industry, 4-6 years
