职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Take direction from the IBM World Wide Social Business Manager for the IBM program assigned
? Leverage the IBM program social content asset lists and tip sheets working with the WW or GMC Marketing Manager assigned to promote awareness of activities specific to the assigned region
? Develop geographic-specific content for use by sales and marketing in social channels depending on the availability of content and knowledge of activities for the specific geography within the broader market
? Take responsibility for the IBM Program social accounts to cover the business hours of the assigned geographic market, posting content on a predetermined schedule each day, monitoring activity and competitive activity
? Facilitate geographic-specific social events and provide social support for IBM program oriented events
? Provide social media metric reporting to track the social eminence of the overall program and program participants
Skills:
? Research skills and understanding of SEO
? Business experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blogging in a corporate environment
? Excellent communication skills in social venues with examples provided
? Experience with Tweetdeck or Hootsuite
? Experience or understanding of IT and understanding IBM technologies such as cloud computing, servers, systems, middleware and analytics
? Experience with social analytics tools such as Spredfast, Sysomos or Cognos is desirable
