Project Manager

Pre check of the change request with the leader of project management in HQ and Dalian Plant
Implementation of the technical changes after decision to do the technical change in plant
Supervise the perfect documentation of the technical changes
Develop, track and control all the technical changes for process- and document changes
Support of HQ in technical issues with Chinese customers and suppliers
Supervise the implementation of all customer requirements
Support special productions (prototype, pre-series, etc.) and arrange the production with the SPA
Hold regular team meetings with all the related team members in plant and inform about the actual status
Check and sign the official drawings and documents for production and distribute it to the related people
Take part in the regular project meetings of HQ
Communication with Chinese side of customer and share the information with the project manager in HQ
Reporting to leader of project management group
