Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,

ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

· Efficient management of tools and tooling flow ;

高效的管理刀具和工装流程；

· Satisfy production line tools requirement，such as insert ,broaching needle ,grinding wheel ,knurling roller and so on ；

满足生产线刀具需求,例如刀片，拉刀，砂轮,滚轮等；

· Satisfy production line tooling requirement，such as center, tailstock, chuck and so on ；

满足生产线工装需求,例如顶尖，夹具，尾座，卡盘等；

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Manage all production line tools and tooling organization ,documentation ,optimization, and development；

管理所有生产线的刀具和工装结构，文档，优化以及改进；

· Tools quota definition and tools spare part stock management；

刀具定额定义以及刀具备件库存管理；

· New production launch or line modification tools and tooling support；

新产品实施以及生产线改进的刀具和工装支持；

· Responsible for daily tools problem solving；

负责解决日常的生产中的刀具问题；

· Set up and optimize new and existing process from tooling and tools side ；

从刀具和工装角度优化新的以及现存的工艺过程；

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Make monthly tools plan together with warehouse keeper according to production plan to satisfy production requirement ；

根据生产计划，与库房管理员制定每月的刀具订购额，满足生产需求;

· Work together with process engineer to solve process problem due to tools

与工艺工程师一起解决刀具引起的工艺问题。

· Test new supplier and new specification of tools , make the relative analysis, to make the use of tools variety and reduce tools cost ;

测试新供应商以及新规格的刀具，并分析得出工艺试验结果，达到刀具可用的多样性以及降低刀具成本;

· Create the working instruction and train the operator to make sure operator work with standard tools procedure ;

制定操作指导书并对操作者进行培训，保证操作人按照标准流程使用刀具；

· Analyse process stability with process engineer ,from tools side；

从刀具角度，与工艺工程师一起分析提高工艺稳定的可能性;

· Monitor and track all process tools usage status ；

监控以及跟踪所有生产线的刀具使用情况；

· Monitor and conduct all process tooling maintenance and usage status with process engineer ；

与工艺工程师一起监控和管理生产线工装的维护和使用情况；

· Design simple toolings for production line and contact supplier to make ；

为生产线设计简单的工装,联系供应商制作；

· Responsible for tooling incoming check and acceptance ；

负责工装的入厂检验以及验收；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· (Education/age) Bachelor degree on Engineer in mechanics；

教育背景: 本科以上学历，机械等相关专业;

· (Professional experiences) More than three years process engineering experience related to industrial technology，familiar with tools and tooling specification；

专业背景：至少三年以上工业技术生产经验,熟悉刀具和工装的性能;

· (Preferred industries if necessary) Knowledge in the field of auto industry preferred，familiar with AutoCAD software ；

行业要求：汽车行业优先,熟悉AutoCAD绘图软件;

· (Foreign languages and level) English fluent both in written and oral；

语言要求：流利的英语听说读写能力；

· (Social capabilities and working altitude) Ability to work in team, Initiative and engaged in the job, Very strong communication skills, Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress；

工作态度：团队工作能力,，积极主动参与工作，突出的沟通技巧，能在压力下管理好日常工作；
