职位描述
Target of the position岗位目标:
· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,
ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;
根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求,建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程;
· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;
在职责范围内,严格按照管理体系的要求执行;
· Efficient leading the six sigma program and coordinating the major aspects of the continual improvement process
高效的领导6西格玛项目的实施,主导协调持续改进;
Responsibility Scope职责范围:
· Manage all process 6 sigma project and continue improvement ;
管理所有工序的6西格玛项目以及持续改进;
Working Task(details)工作描述:
· Utilize the six sigma DMAIC methodology to continually improve company process;
使用6西格玛DMAIC工具,持续改进工厂的工艺过程;
· Conduct machine capability(Cp/Cpk)study, and machine test as part of improvement projects;
把设备过程能力(Cp/Cpk)的计算,以及机床能力测试作为持续改进项目的一部分;
· Create and interpret statistical analyses and graphs, and utilize data analysis technique to investigate cause/effect process relationship .Use trend and regression analyses on graph to make judgment and conclusion about process problem and necessary process adjustment ;
进行数据的统计分析以及图表说明,利用数据分析技术发掘工艺过程之间的影响关系。利用图表上的趋势发展态势,做出对工艺问题以及工艺调整必要性的判断以及结论;
· Coordinate and train yellow belt and champion six sigma methodologies ,as well as basic root cause analysis ;
指导以及培训黄带和项目决策者6西格玛方法,以及问题的基本原因分析;
· Responsible for the continuous improvement employee idea program, including evaluation ,delegation/assignment ,and tracking of employee ideas submitted;
负责员工持续改进想法流程,包括评估,授权/分配任务,以及跟踪员工想法的提交情况
· To train ,conduct workshops, support, and promote SMED ,5S, and lean manufacturing ;
培训以及指导车间布局,支持以及促进设备换型时间的优化,和精益生产;
· Work in conjunction with the manufacturing and controls engineers to apply problem solving methodologies to remedy production process issues ;
与制造以及控制工程师一起合作,运用问题解决方法,来纠正产品生产过程中的问题;

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
· (Education/age) Bachelor degree on Engineer in mechanics or science ;
教育背景: 本科以上学历,机械等理科相关专业;
· (Professional experiences) More than five years experience in an automotive engineering related field ;
专业背景:至少五年以上汽车相关行业经验;
· (Preferred industries if necessary) continual improvement and team training experience in a production and manufacturing environment ,previous experience with 5S,lean manufacturing ,PFMEA,SPC,APQP,MSA,PPAP;
行业要求:在生产制造行业的持续改进以及团队培训经验,熟悉5S,精益生产,PFMEA,SPC,APQP,MSA,PPAP等工具;
· (Foreign languages and level) English fluent both in written and oral;
语言要求:流利的英语听说读写能力;
· (Social capabilities and working altitude) Ability to work in team, Initiative and engaged in the job, Very strong communication skills, Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress;
工作态度:团队工作能力,,积极主动参与工作,突出的沟通技巧,能在压力下管理好日常工作;
