Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,

ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

· Ensure all production line control system work correctly ;

确保所有生产线的控制系统工作正常

· Ensure all control system update and backup in time ;

确保所有控制系统更新以及备份及时；

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Responsible for all CNC and PLC control system maintenance and update (siemens ， fanuc and so on) in company;

负责工厂内的CNC以及PLC数控系统西门子、发那科等控制系统的维护以及更新；

· Responsible for all control system problem solving ;

负责所有控住系统的问题解决；

· Responsible for supporting process optimization from control system side ;

从控制系统方面支持工艺优化；

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Responsible for supporting and solving process problem from control system side (PLC and CNC)

从控制系统方面（PLC和CNC）支持和解决工艺方面的问题;

· Responsible for supporting and solving machine problem from control system side (PLC and CNC)

从控制系统方面（PLC和CNC）支持和解决设备方面的问题;

· Responsible for optimization support on process and machine from control system ;

从控制角度支持工艺以及设备优化；

· Responsible for machine control system program management（maintenance and update）；

负责设备控制系统的程序管理(维护以及升级);

· Assist planning department to implement new and continuous improvement projects;

协助规划部实施新的以及持续改进项目；

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Within Company 公司范围内各部门;

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· (Education/age) Bachelor degree in electrical engineering；

教育背景：本科以上学历，电气自动化专业；

· (Professional experiences)More than three years control system working experience;

专业背景：至少三年以上控制系统工作经验；

· Skills in software on multiple language platforms (Beckhoff, Siemens S7, ABB robot, Epson robot etc.)

各式各样的应用软件技能（Beckhoff, Siemens S7, ABB robot, Epson robot etc.）

· (Preferred industries if necessary) Familiar with the working procedure in manufacturing company, especially in the automotive industry；

熟悉加工型企业生产流程，特别是汽车工业；

· (Foreign languages and level)English fluent both written and oral;

流利的英语听说读写能力;

· (Social capabilities and working altitude) ) Ability to work in team, Initiative and engaged in the job, Very strong communication skills, Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress

工作态度：团队工作能力,，积极主动参与工作，突出的沟通技巧，能在压力下管理好日常工作。
