· Achieve the downtime target value of the production equipment, and reduce as much as possible downtime of the equipment in related area of responsibility, so as to ensure production equipment work in a good state .

实现生产设备停机目标，并尽可能降低本责任区域内设备停机率，保证生产设备正常运行。

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters

根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程

· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Carry out the fault maintenance of production equipment, so as to ensure he equipment work in a good state

生产设备的故障维修工作 保证设备正常运行

· Ensure the equipment downtime less than the target value.

保证设备停机率低于目标值

· Put forward improvement suggestions and carry out the equipment optimization measures, so as to reduce the downtime

提出改善建议和实施设备优化措施，降低设备故障率

· Take charge of daily troubleshooting for production equipment, record the existing problems, put forward improvement measures, and report to the responsibility engineer.

负责生产设备的日常维修，记录存在的问题，提出改进措施，并向责任工程师汇报

· Make prudent use of spare parts under requirement, reduce the cost of spare parts and consumable materials

按要求节约备件使用，降低备件和消耗材料成本

Working Task (details) 工作描述:

1. Responsible for daily maintenance and daily check, solve the equipment faults on time and make the relevant record.

负责生产设备的日常维修及巡检，及时解决设备故障并做好相关记录

2. support the troubleshooting for regular power equipment, to ensure the equipment work in a good state.

支持公共动力设备的故障处理，保证设备正常运行

3. Find out the existing problems and hidden troubles of the machines, make rational proposals, and carry out them

发现生产设备存在的问题和隐患，并提出合理化建议及实施。

4. Make a detailed record of the existing problems for the production equipment, and put forward improvement measures, and report to the responsibility engineer.

详细记录生产设备存在的问题，提出改进措施，并向责任工程师汇报

5．Responsible for solving the problems of quality, scraps and efficiency , which were relevant to maintenance, in coordination with relevant department and relevant personnel.

配合相关部门及人员解决与维修相关的质量，废弃，效率等问题

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· In general, the tasks are defined by the customer requirements and then defined by area-specific project concepts

· These tasks should be carried out mainly self-dependant according to the general company regulations and the commitment

· Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering

专科以上学历，电气及机械相关专业

· Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry

熟悉加工型企业生产流程，特别是汽车工业

· English fluent both written and oral

较好英语听说读写能力

· Strong ability to lead in team
