Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行

· Cooperate purchasing dept. to select and evaluate Chinese potential suppliers;

协助采购部门对国内潜在供应商进行评估和选择；

· Support the suppliers in the project phase (APQP), and release the sample parts according to the project plan.

在APQP阶段对供应商进行技术支持并按照项目计划放行样件；

· Conduct or support process audit for Chinese suppliers and follow up the action plan;

执行或支持国内供应商过程审核并跟踪审核整改计划；

· Ensure the bought-in components quality;

保证外购件的质量；

· Continuously improve supplier’s quality, reduce the claim.

持续改进供应商质量，减少索赔。

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Audit and guidance of supplier 供应商审核与指导；

· Release of the sample 样件认可；

· Monitoring and improvement of component quality 监督和改进零件质量；

· Sourcing of new supplier under the urgent event 紧急情况下的供应商资源开发；

· Assisting company to communicate with supplier 协助公司与供应商的沟通。

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Visit, audit and guide new suppliers, conduct them to understand TK-P’s quality requirements well, finish the visit and audit report for each new supplier with the team;

访问、审核及指导新供应商，使其了解TK-P的质量要求，与团队合作建立所有新供应商的访问及审核报告；

· Release the sample components according the procedure. And submit the release status to project team in time;

按照程序认可样件，并及时将认可状态提交项目组；

· Provide necessary training to suppliers to support improving their working process, and define preventive and corrective action; 对供应商进行必要的培训，帮助其改进工作流程，制定预防和纠正措施；

· Conduct or support the quality audits at suppliers, follow up the action plan of audit;

执行或支持供应商质量审核，跟踪整改计划的关闭情况；

· Responsible for monitoring and improvement of the components quality, 8D follow up;

负责监督和改进零件质量，跟踪8D报告；

· Responsible for coordinating the technical change or special release requested from supplier;

负责协调供应商提出的技术更改和特殊许可要求；

· A main gate between company and supplier;

协助公司相关部门（采购，物流，质量，技术部门）同供应商相关部门进行沟通；

· Work closely with the plant and purchasing dept. to find and qualify at least one supplier to solve supply chain problem, when there is an unanticipated urgent event which requires searching for new suppliers rapidly;

当出现不可预计的紧急情况，急需找到新供应商时，与工厂和采购部紧密合作，至少找到并认可一个供应商以尽快解决供应链问题；

· Definition of the quality targets in the own responsibility and follow up;

确定职责范围内的质量目标并跟踪实施；

· Work out the weekly and monthly status report;

编制周、月报告；

· Responsible for the task from CPS (STA team leader from TK-Presta);

负责完成CPS（TK-P的STA组长）交予的任务；

· Other tasks assigned by quality department manager.

其他由质量部经理布置的工作。

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Cooperate with production, logistics, purchasing and quality staffs for handling supplier quality problem and communicating with supplier etc;

与公司内生产、物流、采购和质量人员协调处理供应商质量问题及进行信息沟通等；

· Cooperate with suppliers for audit, quality complaint, claim, quality improvement or requirements from company and customers ;

与供应商协调审核、质量抱怨、索赔、质量改进、公司和顾客要求等；

· Cooperate with STA team in Headquarters for development, audit, release or quality problem tracking of supplier

与总部STA组织协调供应商开发、审核、认可、质量问题跟踪等；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering;

教育背景：本科或以上学历，具备机械工程或汽车工程相关知识；

· Professional experiences: More than 2 years work experiences in the quality control of the production lines. Familiar with the quality tools in the automotive industry;

专业背景：有2年以上生产线质量控制的工作经验；了解汽车工业的质量工具；

· Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;

语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；

· Others 其它：

- Strong communication skills良好的沟通能力；

- Discreet and confidential 保守公司秘密；

- Ability to work in team 团队合作；
