Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行

· Supply to customers technical support and service during project period;

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Supplier management; 供应商管理

- Responsible for supplier complaint and follow up 8D report;

负责供应商抱怨及跟踪8D报告；

- Responsible for supplier compensation and support supplier evaluation;

负责供应商索赔并支持供应商评价；

- Take charge of making relevant procedure of supplier complaint and compensation;

负责制定与供应商抱怨及索赔相关的流程；

· Production process management; 生产过程管理

- Responsible for monitoring of production process and improvement of production quality;

负责生产过程监督及生产质量改进;

- Responsible for definition of the quality targets in the own responsibility and follow up;

负责确定并跟踪执行职责范围内的质量目标；

- Responsible to organize handling, analyzing and tracing the Not OK parts;

负责组织处理、分析及追溯不合格品；

- Responsible for the request of special release;

负责特殊许可的操作；

- Responsible to collect and define the product failure catalog;

负责收集并定义产品缺陷目录；

- Responsible for training for procedure and rework work instruction;

负责组织相关程序文件、返修作业指导的培训;

- Responsible to establish, update and optimize the responsible control plan;

- Responsible to support HQ to establish pre-launch control plan;

- Responsible to maintain the master data of SAP QM module, release incoming goods and handle defect parts etc. in SAP;

- Responsible for definition skip lot rule in duty;

- Responsible to update serial PFMEA;

负责零件当发生产品和过程工艺更改时的质量确认；

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Communicate with supplier about complaint information and other information, e.g. technology information;

与供应商沟通相关的抱怨以及技术等方面的信息；

· Communicate with Customer about customer complaint information and other information, e.g. technology information during project period;

项目期间与客户沟通相关的客户抱怨信息以及技术等方面的信息；

· Cooperate with Production, Logistics and Quality etc. staffs within company for handling project customer complaint ;

与公司内生产、物流和质量人员协调处理职责内的项目顾客抱怨;

· Cooperate with production, logistics and quality staffs within company for handling of production quality problems and doing continually improvement;

与公司内生产、物流和质量人员协调处理生产过程质量问题及做生产质量改进；

· Cooperate with project team member for handling of production quality problems and doing continually improvement;

与项目组成员协调处理生产过程质量问题及做生产质量改进；

· Cooperate with HQ about the management of pre-serial control plan

与总部协调项目阶段控制计划管理。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering;

教育背景：本科或以上学历，具备机械工程或汽车工程相关知识；

· Professional experiences: More than 2 years work experiences in the quality control of the production lines. Familiar with the quality tools in the automotive industry;

专业背景：有2年以上生产线质量控制的工作经验；了解汽车工业的质量工具；

· Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;

语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；

· Others 其它：
