Tasks

- Setup and maintain the mobile signal coverage in every plant and all remote locations of BMW Brilliance Automotive

- Ensure the signal coverage of BMW Brilliance Automotive is running stable and reliable, coordinate mobile service providers to deliver better service to BMW Brilliance Automotive users with good customer satisfaction and quality but least cost

Key Responsibilities

- Implement as well as support potential solutions for IT client end technologies, based upon customer driven requirements

- Conduct customer project, service reviews

- Specify, procure and manage external support contracts for mobile signal related and workplace normal wireless end devices

- Negotiate Service Level Agreements with clients. Provide specified levels of service

- Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques

- Provide operational support on a daily basis

- Lead the project that in different locations regarding the signal coverage

- Running as a project member role to support the business driven projects

- Managing signal coverage for all BMW Brilliance Automotive locations

- Follow ITIL to precede project and operation

- Deliver training courses as required

Qualifications

- Degree in Information Technology or similar qualification although experience and proven delivery capability is just as relevant

- Strong knowledge of telecom front end and back end technology

- Strong knowledge of system integration project management

- Strong knowledge of 3rd part supplier management

- Experience telecom industry internal process

- Strong knowledge of wireless device technology

- Experience managing small teams and budgets

- Experience in systems development and implementation

- Leadership and planning skills

- Strong project management skills

- Experience on ITIL process execution

- Strong Service Consciousness

- English fluently Experience with IT Infrastructure, 4-6 years

- Experience in project management, 1-3 years

- Experience in supplier management, 1-3 years

- Experience in telecom signal coverage rollout, 4-6 years

- Experience in wireless devices technical, 1-3 years

- Experience on ITIL execution, 1-3 years
