Maximising all C&E revenue opportunities
Reviewing forthcoming business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity and meet set targets
Contributing to the selling strategy of the hotel, and managing the departments’ adherence to achieving that strategy
Understanding the competitive market place and implementing approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market
Ensuring the Sales team are developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards and pro-active selling
To work effectively in building relationships with colleagues in the hotel
Strong leadership skills – effectively managing and motivating their team to perform beyond expectation
Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
Excellent selling capability and an ability and desire to coach selling techniques to their team
Excellent organisational and planning skills
