职位描述
职责：
1. 参与制订相关制度及流程。
2.负责起草、翻译、校对或审核公司相关的中英文合约；审核公司的各类合同、制定各类商业、法律标准合同等及公司外部合作企业或者业务相关的企业撰写的合同；
3.收集、分析与本公司相关之法律信息并结合公司情况提出专业意见，针对工作中发现的问题及时提出预防措施。
4.为公司提供咨询和法务意见书，提供客户及员工的法律问题咨询，负责制定公司的各类法律文件。
5.法律合同的整理及存档。
6.对业务部门进行法律知识培训。
Responsibility：
1.Participate in designing related system and process.
2.Draft, translate, proofread and review contracts, legal documents and other legal agreements in both Chinese and English;
3.Collect and analyze related legal information with the company , give the professional opinions, when find the problem of the work, preventive measures are put forward in time.
4.Provide consultation and legal opinions, provide the legal advice to customer and employees. Prepare for the legal document of the company.
5.Organize and archive of legal contracts.
6.Provide training to business departments in legal awareness.
任职要求：
1.法律专业本科及以上学历。
2.3年以上相关工作经验，至少2年以上诉讼、仲裁实践经验。
3.具有很强的法律逻辑思维能力，非常强的分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题的工作能力。
4..通晓所属行业法律事务及法规。
5.良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力。
6.通过国家司法考试。
Requirement：
1.Legal professional bachelor degree or above。
2.3 years or above related working experience, at least 2 years experience in litigation and arbitration practice.
3.The method of has a strong law of logic logic thought ability, strong analysis, processing, strain and the ability to work to solve the problem of law.
4. Familiar with method belongs to the industry by the law of things and law rules.
5. Good in both Chinese and English writing, speaking and reading ability.
6.Through the National Judicial Examination
