职位职能: 合规主管
职位描述:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Assist Compliance Director to establish effective compliance monitoring system. In general, it includes:
-Affiliate Compliance self-audit
-Monthly monitoring activities in focused areas of compliance policies
-Compliance-reporting mechanism for employees

2.Lead implementation of the above monitoring system.

3.Lead and/or assist in compliance related investigations


Core requirements:
1. Law or accounting background with 3-5 years or above working experience
2. Integrity & Emotional Maturity
3. Self-motivation & Learning agility
4. Preferably to have experience in conducting investigations
5. Preferably to have experience in pharmaceutical industry


Other Major Competencies required:
1. Good at written & spoken English
2. Good at planning & tracking implementation
3. Good at writing reports & documentation
4. Independent problem solving & conflict resolution skills
