职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible to overall operations of the Innovation Lab including people management, resource allocation, and portfolio and facility management, etc.
? Work with key stake holders of the client to ensure Innovations direction and strategy are aligned with business outcomes.
? Lead and manage client Proof of Concept effort with a deep understanding and passion for creativity and innovation.
? Provide ongoing support and counsel for client innovation initiatives, including planning and facilitating engagements and programs.
? Create and work with other internal functions to implement and develop a holistic Innovation strategy and get team members a solid understanding of IT Innovation.
? Work with other key functions: User Experience, Creative, Development and Communications etc. to incorporate Innovation as a core into every process.
? Mentor and coach newer members of the team from various disciplines and be a champion for diversity within the company.
? Pro-actively manage client expectations, provide timely project status updates, and seek to deepen the business relationship with business partners by proposing areas where InnoCellence's services can be of value to the client.
? Maintain an excellent working relationship with the client and pro-actively reach out to ensure that Innovation projets are on-track and that client needs are being met. Try and exceed client expectations at all levels.
Job Requirements:
? Degree (or above) in Computer Science or equivalent.
? At least 8 years experience in Information Technology.
? At least 2 years experience in IT Innovation.
? At least 2 years experience in global enterprise environment.
? Solid understanding of the following technologies (.NET, XML, Web Services, SOA, Security, Mobile technologies) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
? Understand Enterprise Architecture principles and broad knowledge of IT.
? Exemplary communication skills in English
? Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage multiple priority projects.
? Ability to negotiate and influence.
? Must be a strong, articulate communicator.
? Pharmaceutical experience will be advantageous.
