Job Responsibilities:

1.Production, personnel, Quality and technical issues to ensure the achievement and stability of production targets in terms of:

- Quality

- Times

- Productivity/Efficiency

- Safety and Environment

- Material and Stock management

- Personnel management

2. Production management in plastic area, which he carries on with the

support of Production Technician. His job is related to the following activities:

- Receives the information from "Shift Production Supervisor " of the previous shift.

- Transmits the information to "Shift Production Supervisor " of the next shift

- Schedule and conduct shift meetings

- Daily checks the progress of production respect to planned in accordance with plant

policies and procedures .

- Supervise and Checks, the correct execution of tasks by the operators; manufacturing

and control phases, Total Productive Maintenance and Manufacturing Process Inspection interventions, compilation of control charts, recording of production progress and management of traceability data

- Manage and Conduct lines personnel qualification, employing and performance review.

- Coordinate production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers, with support of

production Technician.

- Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.

- Ensure a clean and safe work area, in compliance of internal procedures, in according to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949, with corporate environmental policies in accordance with the directives of Health, Safety, Environment Enginee5S management，keep a tidy and clean workshop.

- Ensures the correct management of materials in production, distribution and storage to the line.

- Data collection and Perform production, efficiency and Quality reporting.

- Other duties as required.

3.Manage the improvement of production performance, that is:

- Receive observes and conducts critical analysis of the work modality, in order to propose corrective actions and improvements to “plastic Responsible

- Responsible for quality control. it carry out corrective action, if necessary, in agreement with “Quality Assurance” department.

- Solves faults in production through involvement of local departments (maintenance,

quality assurance, engineering and supply chain).

- Improve the efficiency in production in collaboration with the Engineering Dept.

- Defines the production capacity and the expected consumptions for each type of product.

- Promotes the improvement of organization (environment and working conditions) and production process(review of work practices)through the “Employee organization specialist.

- Tests the feasibility of the production plan in order to ensure the correct and qualified

staff availability on the production lines.

Job Requirements:
- Above 5years experience as a similar position in injection molding area(Production - Engineering Positions)

- With Automotive or other industry experience is preferred

- With Engle machine experience is preferred

- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery

- Good knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO/TS, VDA, QS 9000, ISO9001,TS 16949)

- Times & Methods analysis and Lean Production

- Overall concept in injection process, tooling and equipment.

- Knowledge of process controls (MPI,SPC)

- Knowledge of maintenance systems (PM,TPM)

- Strong personal management skills and willing

- 7S methodologies and 8D methodologies

- Chinese(good), English(basic communication)

- Availability to working 3 or 4 Shifts

- Availability to flexible working time
