Job Summary
The Reporting Expert is responsible for automating the reporting process with a primary focus on handling new report creation or existing report modification requests, while at the same time providing assurance for data source integrity and accuracy of SLA metrics. Secondarily the reporting experts will be responsible for training company's end users and developing the reporting environment in collaboration with IT to further enable self-service.

Experience & Knowledge
3+ years of professional experience in a Business Reporting & Analytics role in a Service Desk Operations or Business Process Outsourcing environment;
Experience as a power user of Business Intelligence reporting systems/tools (Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services and Reporting Services is a plus);
Good English oral skill,CET6 and above;
