Title：Integration Engineer/Network Engineer
Location: Dalian City, China

Job Responsibilities:
? Interface with international customers.
? Provide Integration support on implementation of technology using various networking products and applications and resolve product related issues through troubleshooting.
? Travel to customer locations on short notice and work with customer in getting networks deployed
? Escalate technical issues to Tier 2 / 3 support and drive towards positive resolution thereby to achieve customer satisfaction.
? Evaluate the scope for timely escalation and ensure that customer problems are addressed as per the priority.
? Document all communication with the customer.

Desired Profile:
Primary Skill:
? Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
? Bridging and switching concepts, LAN technologies such as Ethernet-CSMA/CD.
? STP - IEEE 802.1d/ IEEE 802.1w, IEEE 802.1s
? VLANS, Tagging - IEEE 802.1q, 802.3ad
? IP addressing and sub netting, Routing concepts, VLSM/CIDR.
? Working knowledge with routing protocols - RIP V1/V2, OSPF
? IS-IS, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS, RSVP, LDP
? Excellent Communication Skills
? Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE will be added value.


Essentials:
? 3-6 years of relevant experience from an enterprise support background.
? Fluent oral English.
? Good experience on Routing and Switching a must.
? Should have experience in configuration and troubleshooting high-end networks
? The ideal candidate will be an Engineer, who is a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
? Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
? Sound fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of Networking Concepts.
? Should be flexible to travel internationally on short notice.
