KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement quality planning to continuously monitor, control and improve supplier quality situation

- Supplier audit

- Supplier APQP & PPAP

- Supplier quality agreements

- Supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement

- Handling of supplier complaints

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education

- Bachelor degree or above in electronics, automation and mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline, electronics and automation engineering background is preferred

Knowledge / Skills

- Strong knowledge of supplier audit and improvement

- Knowledge of Quality Management System

- Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team

- Be able to use quality tools, such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

- Good skill in English writing

- Good skill in English speaking is preferred

- Good PC skills

Specific Experience

- More than 2 years supplier quality assurance working experience

- Experience in leading supplier audit and improvement

- Electronics related working background is preferred

对中国的投资是文化促进和交流的重要工具。艾尔多的建筑外观主要设计元素：“意大利画廊”，是致力于主办意大利与中国之间跨国文化活动的悬浮玻璃展馆。
艾尔多认为体育对员工福祉至关重要，因此艾尔多大连工厂建设了篮球场和健身中心。艾尔多中国获得多个奖项，员工人数超过600人。
