职位描述：

1.IT固定资产记录的维护和管理；

2， 2. 配合Client Service Team来完成终端（电脑、软件、OA等）的技术支持；

a. 对客户端操作系统及常用应用软件进行调试、管理、更新、升级、故障检测及排除；

b. 接听电话，尽快判断故障，分析诊断问题，直接接触用户来解决他们的问题或提供解决方案。

c. 负责客户端电话的安装、配置与维护；

d. 协助所有IT基础设施的支持及维护，确保IT系统的平稳运行。

e. 客户端电脑硬件进行检测、故障诊断和维修；

f. 用户的账户的申请、检查、维护和注销；

g. 处理打印机、传真机等办公设备在使用中出现的异常状态，如无法排除故障及时与经销商联系，尽快解决；

h. 台式机、笔记本、墨盒等IT设备库存统计及预警。

i. IT库房管理，IT设备及耗材的使用、更换和回收，确保IT设备的正常使用。

3， 3. IT流程文档的制作和整理；

4， 4. 配合其他IT岗位的一些工作；比如配合网络工程师做一些网络方面的文档整理、以及设备维护等；

任职资格
1、统招本科，研究生在读
2、有相关实习经验者优先
3、英语熟练，会德语优先
4、对工作认真负责
5、较强的抗压能力
