职位描述：

1、参与外购件供应商的考核，同时协助供应商进行零件的质量改进工作
2、沟通和协调供应商，进行质量不合格外购件的索赔工作
3、对供货商进行首批样件认可及两日试生产的过程认可 4、监督零件供应商的生产状态，严格控制外购件的质量
5、组织跟踪样件尺寸和材料测试，试装配，试加工等，负责样件的管理工作
6、及时反馈质量异常信息给供应商，确保供应商第一时间内获得准确的失效信息
7、对现场抱怨的外购件进行检测分析确定供货商问题，以便抱怨
8、负责外购件质保技工的技能培训工作
9、负责对供货商进行质量文件的培训
10、制定指导书
11、负责制定选件指导和返工指导等

任职资格

1、大学本科或以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化、汽车制造等相关专业
2、有三年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉汽车的相关知识
3、有团队合作精神，有较强的协调和沟通能力，高度的责任心和工作热情，有较好的分析问题和解决问题的能力
4、具备良好的外语沟通能力（德语或英语精通），熟练运用OFFICE办公软件
