Key Focus:
? Quality assurance(Q.A) for R&D,manufacturing, phoenix project, material resupply from China.
? Quality control operations and Process control operations of the facilities.
? Chemical analysis and testing as required by regional business activities.
? Develop analytical procedure, establish methods.
? Lab equipment design, maintain.
? Necessary utilities order.
? Maintain analytical result database.
? Section organization.

Accountabilities:
? No injuries to self or work teams.
? Achieve desired facility service factors.
? Improve analytical facilities to reduce costs, improve safety and environmental controls, or improve product quality.
? Keep QMS reviewed and continuing suitability.

Responsibilities:
? Release product COA follow Albemarle’s methods and specification.
? Maintain analytical result database to fit quality statistic.
? To ensure laboratory equipment is routinely calibrated and checked to maintain accuracy and repeatability.
? Keep plant formulation timely update. Confirm the rework procedure and QC specification by lab blending or stripping.
? To review and update raw materials finished products specification. To ensure all incoming raw materials, products meet Albemarle quality standards.
? To ensure Quality Assurance always be satisfied with customer, quality evidence distribute to relative department or personnel, maintain them properly and update them on time.
? Responsible for ISO 9001 related work.
? To operate in a safe, tidy and efficient style and ensure that records and retained samples are clearly labeled and stored in a well-organized manner.
? To give total operational day-to-day support to the quality control laboratory.
? Section organization to reach a high performance.

Requirements:
? College diploma (or higher ) in Chemistry or Chemical Analysis
? Able to communicate in written and verbal English
? Self-motivated, self-initiating
? Good communication skills
? Experience in analysis & test operation in chemical plant facilities
? Skilled technology in large equipment such as NMR, FTIR, MS, ICP,etc..
? Experience in team leadership.
