资深经销商项目实施支持(第三方合同) New Dealer Rollout Support (Fesco Contractor)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze dealer opening forecast and demand of equipment according to monthly new dealer opening forecast.
- Coordinate & monitor logistics of products between suppliers and pre-staging vendor.
- Coordinate between dealer and pre-staging center, to ensure proper delivery & installation according to opening schedule.
- Follow-up and report to New Dealer Rollout Manager about products stock and implementation status.
- Coordinate for pre-staging service payment, follow-up PR, PO internal process.
- Specify equipment update demands according to new products released by BMW AG.
- Other tasks/projects assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:

- University degree in Vehicle Engineering, Business Admin, IT or/and related prefer.
- Rich knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business
- A sound, consolidated knowledge of dealer service activities
- With the product Knowledge of Workshop Equipment for service & repair operation
- Technical Knowledge of BMW vehicle technology preferred
- Good knowledge in car diagnosis equipment and workshop software.
- Sound Project Management knowledge
- IT industry background as preferred.
- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (eg. MS Office, mail, Internet)
- English business fluent, both spoken and written
- Self confident, inspiring and convincing
- Excellent Communicator with ability to develop positive working relationship quickly.
- Logical thinker, analytical with good planning and organizing skills
- Improvisation talented, flexibility, autonomous
- Ability to work in an international working environment
