岗位职责：

一、部门人事工作
1、负责部门新员工入职手续办理（工卡申办、电脑分配等）
2、协助人事经理完成部门培训以及企业文化活动的组织策划

二、行政工作
1、部门办公区域行政管理工作、低值易耗品申请以及管理工作
2、部门固定资产管理工作，定期申请以及核对部门资产，并进行后续设备的保管与维护
3、部门月度考勤的制作
4、部门信函、邮件等的收发管理
5、部门员工的差旅费用申请以及整体的管理
6、部门会议室预定以及协调

三、部门领导交付的其他工作

任职要求：
1.全日制大专以上学历，行政管理相关专业毕业；
2.具备一年以上行政工作经验；
3.具备良好的沟通、协调能力，适应性强；
4.可熟练操作电脑及各类办公软件。
