Job Descriptions:
1. Review/Fit samples to ensure that they meet product specifications
- Review samples such as style, Fitting, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and write sample comments
- Approve sample specifications and quality
- Identify and resolve sample issues such as fitting, workmanship and measurements etc.
- Discuss customers' comments and improvement areas with customers, factories and merchandisers
2. Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, Merchandising staff and technical team members
- Explain customers' requirements, key points and comments to factories
- Identify and resolve potential sample issues
- Discuss alternatives with factories based on customers' comments
- Evaluate if there are any safety and functional issues and advise corrective solutions
3. Provide technical control to factories and Merchandising stuff
- Explain customers' basic requirements and standards to factories
- Provide advice on grading scales / tolerance levels to factories
- Discuss work progress and issues and difficulties encountered with merchandisers
4. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

1)Must strong in sweat technique,can write procressing instruction.(必须有能力写和修改毛衣织造工艺)

2)Familiar with Fitting (on dummy or Live model) knowledge.

3)Familiar with yarn construction and nature (熟悉纱线组织和特性)

4)Familiar with sweater knitting/linking/repairing/finishing process. （熟悉织/缝合/挑以及后整理）

5)Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in Textile field or similar qualification)
6)Years of Experience: 5-7 years experiences on garment fields for US & Euro market.
7)Can Write and read English.
8)Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally
