1、Responsible for communicating with Global Supply Chain to ensure the supply of products in China. Monitor the supply plan and coordinate with Global Supply Chain/ Plants to ensure continuous supply.
2、Responsible for contacting with commercial team for confirming order forecast and timely adjust the order arrangement, monitor the order status to ensure the supply of goods and support to investigate related quality complaint if needed.
3、Review sales and forecast results, analyze gaps and help all stakeholders understand forecast drivers to provide necessary forecast logic and assumption to Global Supply Chain / Plants
4、Support on the data collection and analysis for the requirement from Global Supply Chain, ensure the accuracy and timeliness.
/5、Prevent stock-out and excessive inventory, minimize write-off costs and keep optimal safety stock
6、Verify replenishment system parameters accuracy and coordinate with Global Supply Chain/ Plants for necessary correction
7、Drives Supply Chain Agreement (SCA) process with Global Supply Chain/ Plants to align supply parameters for both replenishment system and SCA
Required Qualification
1、Supply Chain or Materials Management experience in a pharmaceutical environment, or equivalent with bachelor agree or above.
2、Knowledge and experience in production, regulatory, quality system, financial planning and logistic will be considered
3、Broad operations and systems experience, including replenishment planning, capacity analysis, manufacturing and distribution in either a market or manufacturing environment
4、Excellent communication, influence and interpersonal skills
5、Good at data collection and analysis, proficient in using of MS office.
6、Language proficiency in English and mandarin is essential
