Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
61 Support team overall efficiency by identifying Improvement opportunities, realizing improvements, developing automation tools and even leveraging emerging AI technologies.
61 Support team on reporting and analysis through power BI, ppt, etc., including monthly performance dashboard, Daily Management, BS analysis, etc.
61 Supports organizational efficiency through the identification and communication of process improvement opportunities
61 Ensuring execution quality of key responsibilities in the GBS Center
according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (General ledger)
Key Responsibilities:
Process Efficiency
61 Support Process Improvement via Automation (UiPath, Power Platform, etc.) for GL operation team
61 Proactively identify efficiency improvement opportunities and lead overall design and landing
61 Work closely with teams including but not limited to CI, GBS automation and process owner and SMEs to make sure the improvement opportunities are delivered.
61 Support automation governance framework and ensure automation business continuity.
61 Download efficiency initiatives from global teams and lead landing in Dalian
61 Introduce and share Dalian good practices with global teams and help global team landing in their site
Performance Dashboard
61 Support Market monthly operation review dashboard creation
61 Support root cause analysis and action plan
61 Support meeting minutes and follow up
Reporting and Analysis
61 Support GL process analysis to identify productivity opportunities
61 Support GL automation analysis, root cause analysis, improvement plan
61 Support global KPI/SLA creation, root cause analysis and improvement plan
61 Explore user expectations and perspectives to provide insights or analytics to existing reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
61 Good accounting knowledge
61 Good knowledge on AI tools
61 Good finance analysis skills to generate saving and pipeline opportunities with category insights
61 Good skills in Power BI, and familiar with other visualization tool
61 Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Office script
61 Good understanding and some experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism etc.
61 Experience in Python or SQL is a plus.
61 Have experience with RPA tool
61 Strong mindset in continuous improvement and automation
61 Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
61 Detail-oriented and well organized
61 Quick learner on new technology and new methodology on innovation
61 Fluent English, spoken, listening and written

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
61 Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for BPO or SSC companies
61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
