Responsibilities/职责
1. Improve the machining process
2. Create and update the process technical documents of machining process such as working instruction, etc.
3. Analyze, make solution and follow with the technical problems in machining process
4. New products development, include technical document and NC program creation, sample parts setting up, cycle time setting up, etc.
5. Technical issues supporting for sub-supplier of self-making parts.
6. Deal with the intelnal and external complaint, participate in creating the problem analysis document such as 8D reports
7. Support for continuous improvement issues
8. Take charge of process changing management in machining
9. Other works to be assigned by superior.


Job Requirements/任职资格
1. Proficient in technology of turning machine and machining center, including turning, hard turning, milling, drilling, thread tapping, etc. Experience in gear machining is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of heat treatment process, induction heat treatment is preferred.
3. Experience and ability to create machining process independently, including tool selection, process parameter design, programming ability is preferred.
4. Have ability to train and instruct operators on site.
5. Could create process documents such as flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, working instruction, etc.
6. Good communication, coordination and pressure working ability, teamwork spirit
7. Experience in ERP operation is preferred.
8. Experience in construction machinery or wind power industry is preferred
