岗位职责：
1、保持机密性和专业性。
2、处理销售过账，根据税务和客户要求处理开具的发票。
3、及时正确地处理所有付款，包括内部/外部/员工报销等。
4、在内部和外部审计期间提供支持。
5、协助并监控和管理公司现金流。
6、与其他职能部门合作，完成月度预算。
7、监管应收账款和应付账款。
8、根据监管申报海外收入和付款
9、负责银行账户管理。
10、成本计算
11、财务数据分析
12、与税务相关的月度和年度任务。
13、制作现金预测、现金流动、月度财务报告。
14、根据管理团队分配的临时工作。
基本要求：
1、五年以上的会计或类似职位经验，制造业工作经验者优先。
2、本科及以上学历，会计或财务方向优先。
3、熟练的英语书面及口头表达，双语日语者优先。
4、国家中级会计师证书优先。
5、精通计算机和MS Office软件，特别是excel公式和金蝶ERP系统。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
61Maintain confidentiality and professional.
61Process the sales posting, handle the invoice issued in accordance with tax and client’s requirement.
61Process all the payments timely & correctly, including of internal / external/staff reimbursement, etc.
61Provide support and documentation during internal and external audits.
61Assist and to monitor and manage company cash pooling.
61Cooperate with other functions on varies requirements about the monthly budget.
61Monitor the AR collection and plan the repayment to the supplier.
61Declare the overseas income and payment based on the regulatory
61Be responsible for the bank account administration.
61Cost calculation
61Financial data analysis
61Tax related monthly and yearly task.
61Prepare Cash forecast, Cash movement, monthly financial reports.
61As ad-hoc request assigned by management team.
Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:

61Over five years of experience as an accountant or similar position is required. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
61Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred, however, an appropriate combination of education and work experience may be considered as a substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
61Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English is required, meanwhile bilingual Japanese is preferred.
61China Medium Level Accountant certificate preferred.
61Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software, especially excel formula and Kingdee ERP system.
