职位描述
Responsibility:
Mainly responsible for Workday related HR support to Asia customers.
1. Effective communication with local customers / global stakeholders
2. Basic case analysis and Workday data maintenance
3. Complicated Workday requests (include EIB, security, integration, business
process, reports and dashboards, UAT, mass data upload, problem solving etc.)
4. Workday adoption/enhancement project support, Workday best practice study
& knowledge share
5. Contribute to develop and maintain the knowledge base (symptoms and
solutions) to ensure efficient query resolution and facilitate knowledge
transfer.
6. Coordinate with HRIS vendor to troubleshoot system technical issues.
7. Propose system and process enhancements to improve HR operations.
Requirement:
1. HRIS background preferred with basic HR knowledge as a plus
2. 3-4 years prior experience with HCM systems (i.e. Workday)
3. Strong customer service mindset, analytical skills and logical thinking,
interpersonal / teamwork / presentation skills.
4. Willing to explore HR system, experience with HR digital transformation
project is a plus, project management experience is desirable
5. Previous experience in HR or HRIS Service Centre or other
customer-oriented environment is beneficial
6. Self-driven, enthusiastic attitude and can work under pressure
7. High quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement.
8. Flexibility to respond to and prioritize numerous tasks
9. Experience in working within a multi-national organization, a
multi-cultural environment with remote teams.
10. Language capaibility with fluent English and good communication skills
