核心职责：
负责财务控制和预算
负责财务报告、分析与风险控制
通过制定、监控和执行内部政策和程序来指导财务决策
配合外部审计
Assure a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the
company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted
accounting principles or international financial reporting standards;
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal policies and procedures
Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
Monitors and confirms business unit financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external
auditors.
Maximizes return, and limits risk in payback analysis.
Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data;
recommending plans.
Achieves budget and forecast objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing gaps; implement corrective
actions.
Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data,
Prepare weekly reports and forecast by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
Support all activities required by GCP (General Competitiveness Plan);
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating
future legislation; enforcing adherence to those requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on
needed actions.
要求：
至少七年以上制造业财务工作经验，其中至少五年以上controller上述同类经验
英语口语熟练工作交流
统招本科及以上学历
