Responsibility：
1. Lead sub-team to ensure BAU's SLA.
2. Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and cost saving
3. Make business estimation, proposal and service promotion
4. Accountable for issue/trouble resolution
5. Responsible for new requirement analysis, design and development and ensure on-line stability.

Requirement：
1. Experience
·Good knowledge of BAU process management.
·Understanding of Sony Business Process(Accounting Knowledge is better).
·Deep understading of SONY IT common infrastructure(On-Premise, AWS/Azure Cloud) and application architecture(Java/.net,etc.).
·Depending on the request from the owner and issues within the IS, proposals
can be made while considering ROI, future advantages, disadvantages, costs, etc.
2. Education background(Bechelor/Master)
·Bechelor
3. Certifications
·PMP, ITIL, JLPT N2, CET4 etc.
4. Language skill
·Effective communication skills in Japanese or English, both spoken and written
