Tasks and Responsibilities：
1.Coach the implementation of methods/procedures from KPS house
2.Strive for effective 5S & visualization program
3.Enhance KANBAN management (for material & for production order)
4.Support for production Daily Management system and Prompt Continuous Improvement Culture
5.Support local IE for Line introduction / layout adjustment & other tasks
6.Lead VSM & Process mapping
7.Collaborate with IT and automation teams to implement digital solutions in shop floor.
8.Support KPS manager to accomplish plant-oriented KPS house and KPS roadmap.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Lean certifications will be plus （Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.）
3.Project management certifications will be plus
4.Familiarity with digital manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Experience with Lean projects, includes but not limited to VSM, SMED, KANBAN, VAG(Lean cell design), Production planning optimization, Time study.
7.At least 5 yrs experience with the role of Lean engineer / IE
8.Proficient with spoken & written English
9.Project management experience (Demonstrated success in leading lean initiatives and process improvement projects.)
10.Experience with Macro/VBA will be a ++
