Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in engineering at least.
2. Automotive or related major.
3. At least 2 years or above experience in automotive engine industry as product design, or product application.
4. Knowledge of engine NVH related will be a plus.
5. Be familiar with TS16949(ITAF), such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc. will be a plus.
6. Be responsibility, positive working attitude.
7. Good communication and executive skills.
8. Good English skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Design the torsional vibration damper via H&W simulation tools and with the Hasse & Wrede standards and guideline.
2. Create, review and manage the technical documents in the CVS PLM system with the Hasse & Wrede templates and requirement.
3. Communicate with customers and solve the technical issues.
4. Follow the damper development schedule and support the project team.
5. Support to solve the damper production and quality issues from technical side.
