日英双语流利，2年以上IT项目管理、项目协调、PMO经验。
有网络项目经验优先。
Essential job Responsibilities:
? Assist Project Manager to manage medium or multiple small customer facing projects.
? Create various project reports according to field PM's request and assure the accuracy & compliance.
? Use internal project management tools/systems to deal with finance, resource, schedule, risk/issue and document management.
? May manage internal projects/programs within GDC Dalian.
Related Business/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Expertise
? Project Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a complex commercial environment.
? Have completed significant part of formal Project Management training program.
? Have basic knowledge of routing, routing protocols, switching, internet and general network architecture.
? Have leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams.
? Understand the organization, aims and processes.
