- 管理生产车间的预算，并在预算范围内分配适当的资源。 Manages the budget of his/her Production workshop and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter. 

- 验证新项目的精益工艺设计检查表 Validates the Lean Process Design Checklist for new projects. 

- 项目中的管理制造工程：参与项目中的制造工程资源分配；管理项目制造领导团队；支持报价请求（RFQ）；参与阶段竣工审查并验证阶段竣工。 The role in project management team is program manufacturing lead. Distribute the resource of manufacturing engineering and manage the manufacturing team. Support quotation for customer RFQ. Participate in project gate review and check the result.

- 监控并管理生产能力和相关投资：根据客房未来计划来优化占地面积和设备使利用；建立并管理投资，维护和制造工程预算；根据客户需要追踪机器和设备能力。 Management of production capacity and investment: calculate the production area and TRS according to customer future plan. and then follow the progress. 

- 支持与质量，成本和物流交货（QCDP）目标相匹配的运营：管理工厂的生产能力与效率,并参与工厂的持续发展进程. Support operation involved in quality, cost and logistic target: manage capacity and efficiency of the series production. Serve for continuous progress of plant. 

- 管理制造工程团队：员工，培训，训练，评核，团队建设（直线和虚线）。 Manage the manufacturing team: employment, training, discipline, appraisement and team work.

- 巩固工厂中关键指标：提出相关行动计划；参与区域行业战略；对公司的发展提供专业的支持；提出工艺创新；当分配到区域时推动工艺创新。 Consolidate the KPI in plant. Make the relative action plan; participate in regional industrial strategy, give professional support to developing direction of plant. Lead the process innovation and manage the innovation implement in plant.

- 负责公司现生产的BOM的维护，工程变更。 Maintenance the BOM for production, manage the ECR&ECO.

- 负责现有产品工艺优化工作,并进行持续改进。 Continuously improve the series production. 

- 负责建立公司的维护体系并有效地推行。 Establish the maintenance system and implement it efficiently. 

- 制定维护工作计划。 Make the yearly maintenance plan and weekly maintenance plan.

- 负责领导设备，工装及设施的定义, 安装, 验收。 Lead the definition, installation and acceptation for equipment and tooling.

- 负责工艺参数的试验、制定、调整及维护工作。 Manage the test, setting, adjustment and maintenance for process parameter. 

- 负责厂房维护,公共设施管理,及维护预算的制定。 Make the budget for building, facility and maintenance.

- 负责设备、工装的调整和工程变更后的改进工作。 Complete the adjustment for equipment and tooling after engineering changing. 

- 遵守IATF16949、ISO14001& ISO45001、集团及顾客相关要求及公司管理规章制度。 Comply with requirement for IATF 16849, ISO14001&OHS18001, china division and customer. ·
