工作职责:

1、根据客户需要以及订产品用料和设计等信息，确定订单的数量、交货期、运输条款等。

2、签订合同后，跟踪订单进度，协调好工厂生产发货及物流安排。

3、制作单证，跟踪收款进度。

4、工厂确认收款及发票确认，货代费用确认等。

5、寻找新的供应商及原材料采购。

6、协助外贸业务员的工作，按照订单需要以及订单产品含量和包装等信息，完成相关的确认工作，合同签订后，根据订单的生产进度，控制产品质量，辅助业务员完成销售、采购、加工、出口的工作。
7、对应公司临时安排的任务和工作。

岗位要求：
1、英语四级以上，有良好的书面及口语能力。
2、熟练使用Office办公软件。
3、具有较强的语言表达、书面写作和沟通能力。
4、具有较强的吃苦耐劳精神、责任心、进取心，优秀的学习能力。
5、学校论文答辩，必须出席的情况公司给予假期。
6、优秀实习者，毕业后公司可考虑直接采用。

7、有相关平台外贸经验者优先录取。
