·   Function/ Process Tasks业务/流程性工作

1.    Responsible for operating machine, loading materials and packing products.

      负责操作设备,上料和产品下料包装。

2.    Responsible for daily check and maintenance of machine.

      负责设备的日常点检及维护。

3.    Responsible for daily check and maintenance of gauge.

      负责检具的日常点检及维护。

4.    Responsible for filling the production and quality records.

      负责填写生产及质量相关的记录。

5.    Responsible for products inspection according to control plan.

      负责按照控制计划规定的项目及频次进行产品检测。

6.    Responsible for visual check of the products according to the standard.

      负责依据外观标准对所有的产品外观进行检查。

7.    Responsible for adjustment of the machine to ensure the products’ in best condition. 

      根据检测结果调整设备，确保产品质量为***状态。

8.    Label and distinguish products .

       正确区分并标识产品。

9.    When quality issue occurred.

       当产品出现质量问题时:

           -          Take some preparation for primary measurement, statistics data and stock status.

                      要进行初步的测量、统计数据并报告库存状态。

           -          Trace the defects when finding quality issues and timely feedback to Shift Leader.

                      追溯不合格品进行封存，及时通报给直接主管。

           -          Handling the nonconforming product according to the related processes or instructions.

                      按相关流程或直接主管的指令对不合格品进行处理。

10. Implement the improvement immediately when getting the customer’s complaint and internal complaint.

     获知客户抱怨及内部抱怨后，严格执行相应的改进措施

11. Responsible for exchange of tools, grinding wheel, etc.

      负责刀具、砂轮等工艺耗材的更换。

12. Responsible for the changeover.

     负责设备的换型操作。

13. Responsible for the material stock checking of production line.

      负责生产线边物料的盘点。

14. Responsible for the 6S of working area.

      负责生产现场的6S工作。

15. Responsible for the communication with other staff from related departments to solve production problem.

      负责生产过程中与相关部门人员的沟通。

·   Temporary Tasks临时性工作

1.     Finish other tasks assigned by leaders.

       完成其他由上级领导布置的工作。
