Responsibility/工作职责：

1. Provide solutions to customers according to their system parameters and requirements. This includes communication with team members on the ability to meet schedules and contributing to the design process.

2. Understand, organize, and provide multiple types of solution for customers’ project, for or beyond the work order definition. This includes the organization and implementation of drawing revisions needed because of project request for or beyond the work order definition. 

3. Create and maintain Engineering Technical Data Package relationships inside of the project data management system. 

4. Conform to internal data management practices. Have a thorough working knowledge of the internal DM processes and their purposes.

5. Effective use of time management.

6. Coordinate project priorities effectively.

7. Produce Engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5 standards and Victaulic Company practices. 

8. Understand and comply with Engineering Design’s departmental work processes.

9. Keep abreast of new and current technology knowledge related to all products, application, and functions. Continue to develop expertise in GDP systems and processes, as provided by Victaulic.

10. Utilize Victaulic’s official website to gather product data relating to projects.

11. Participate in departmental projects as directed. 

12. Develop design software apply skills. These will be utilized for providing customer with multiple file types of solutions or services.

13. Development of designing and analysis abilities for use in providing feasible and reliable solutions, or other processes. 

14. Contribute to departmental process improvements through the use of QWG’s and utilization of QIP problem solving techniques.

15. Specific policies and procedures have been established by the Engineering Department to provide for the security and accessibility of electronic data and confidential information. It is the responsibility of the employee, in the daily course of doing business, to follow said policies as they relate to document management (see Victaulic EOG-26). The substantive email communications constituted "records" under the Federal Records Act. It is therefore the responsibility of each departmental employee to understand their role in communicating via e-mails and that all e-mails must be written/responded to in a professional manner, as outlined in EOG-26.

Qualification/任职资格：

1. College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering equivalent work-related experience.

大专及以上学历，机械工程或工程类相关专业的专业背景。

2. Experience on a CAD system, familiar with AUTOCAD. Revit, Solidworks highly desired.

有相关CAD系统操作经验，熟练使用AUTOCAD。有Revit, Solidworks相关经验尤佳。

3. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, CET-4 or higher.

良好的英文读写能力，CET-4以上。

4. Minimum Zero to four years of designing & drafting experience.

0 - 4年设计制图工作经验。

5. Knowledge of engineering design practices/principles. Experience in engineering piping system highly desired.

熟知机械设计或机械原理。有工程管道系统相关经验尤佳。

6. Knowledge and understanding of ASME Y14.5 Standards or GB standards.

熟悉并理解ASME Y14.5或者相应的GB标准。

7. Familiar with Microsoft Office products.

熟悉微软办公软件如office。

8. Positive communication skills and learning ability.

有积极的沟通能力和良好的学习能力。

9. Team player.
