Job Description:  

? Lead operation team on daily operation delivery to ensure the performance and meet  KPI/SLA

? Lead regular performance report, and review operation performance with client regularly.

? Keep good relationship with client, coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team, and lead team to provide high quality service.

? Work with global team on best practice sharing, information exchange, Process improvement etc.

? Drive the key Metrix to ensure to meet the financials and corporate measurement target. 

? Team management to ensure the stable operation. 

Required Skills:

? Minimum 5 years working experience. Strong domain in F&A GL

? Excellent communication skills in English-both in written & Oral

? Team management experience 

? Ability to work under pressure and willing to take challenge

? New account transition experience is preferred. 

? ERP software proficiency is preferred (SAP/ORACLE, etc.)
