    Self-confidential filling project data into system    

    Filling staff data into system   

    Checking ShipToParty numbers out of SAP and insert into project data 

 2. Working time summary for SAP

   Collecting Time Sheets from staff and supervisor

   Checking Time Sheets and summarize them

   Confirming commissioning and SAP numbers with back office and order management

   Self-confidential checking of summary and inserting into SAP

   Final double check of confirmed data

3. Entry check of reimbursements

    Entry check of Reimbursement with SAP data

    File and forward Reimbursement

4. Supporter function

   Kayang System

   Staff related 

5. Other tasks assigned by manager  

Qualifications:

1. Microsoft Office

2. SAP supporting experience

3. Basic office experience

4. Good language skills in English (German is a plus)

5. Hands-on mentality

6. Accurate working

7. Candidness/Team spirit
