1 监督和管理设备的日常工作，以达到生产要求 Supervise and manage the routine activities for the equipment, to comply with the requirement in the production.

2 提出设备技术改造的措施与计划及实施方案，搞好设备选型及新技术、新材料的试验与应用工作。 Given the measure , plan and implementation for the equipment modification, perform the equipment selection, and experiments for the new technical, new materials and application working.

3 贯彻执行安全、环保、设备管理标准 Follow the safety, environmental protection, equipment management standard.

4 组织收集整理设备管理各种技术基础资料 Organize and collect all kinds of technical data equipment relevant

5. 对进入公司的外协或施工单位进行资质能力的审核。 Review the qualification ability for the outsource construction company.

6 对进入工厂内进行施工的单位进行各部门的协调、安装。 Cooperate with relevant departments to work with outsource company.

7 负责协调维修公司、维修单位及人员在车间维修、检修、抢修工作 Responsible for cooperate the maintenance company, and relevant people to perform the maintenance, repair working.

8 负责备品、配件的计划提出。 Propose the purchasing plan for the spare part.

9 特种设备的安装告知、登记、注册、使用、检验工作. Installation notification, registration, usage, test working for the special equipments.

10 对新购设备的选型、技术参数提出可行的建议。 Give the reasonable recommendation for the new equipment model, technical parameters.

11 提出设备有建筑物的小、中、大修计划。. Propose the small, middle, big maintenance plan for the facility

12 公司安排的其他任务。 Any other job assigned by company.
