This position under the supervision of the Corporate CFO, will be involved in the industrial and financial controlling activities for the Chinese site. This includes the production of periodic financial reports and maintenance of an adequate system of accounting reports. The Controller uses a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, and enhance the accuracy of Flamma Group’s reported financial result.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create periodical reports to identify results, trends, and variances to BDG and Forecast;

创建定期报告，以确定预算和预测的结果、趋势和差异；

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements;

• Establish successful cooperation relationships with BUs to collect data and provide reports;

• Analyze process performance and provide suggestions for improvement;

• Contribute to process standardization across department;

Main Tasks:

主要任务：

• Provide and analyze the monthly P&L closing to provide the management all the instrument to take the decisions.

• Cooperate with the local Finance Manager to implement the monthly report, investigating the big deviation, to provide to the management a prompt analysis and explanation.

与当地财务经理配合实施月度报告 ，调查重大偏差的原因，以便向管理层提供即时情况分析和解释。

• Help the warehouse manager perform the stock management and the annual inventory.

帮助仓库经理进行存货管理和年度盘点。

· Interact with the external audit company and provide the data for the semiannual company audit.

与外部审计公司互动，并提供公司半年度公司审计用数据。

· Create and keep update the bill of materials and rooting taking the data from the production managers.

创建并不断更新材料清单，并从生产经理处收集数据。

· Collect the data from all the departments to fill the KPI monthly report.

从所有部门收集数据，以填写KPI月度报告。

· Collect the data from all the department to get the yearly budget

从所有部门收集数据，以便进行年度预算。

· Cooperate with the headquarter to get the yearly consolidate statement of the group

· Calculate the industry fare on a budget basis and update them quarterly

Critical Competencies and Qualifications:

关键能力和资质：

Candidate shall have BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering or similar discipline.

• Fluent in English both written and orally;

流利的英文书面和口语表达能力；

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of MS Windows based software packages: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.;

• Preferable familiarity with financial ERP, like SAP;
